Loving Somebody

It doesn't matter how you live your life, how you treat people - In the end everybody will hook up on something call love....
Love is perhaps one of the most intangible asset I can have...
Love is also the last thing you've ever realised before you lose it...
Love is blind, love is unfair, love is uncountable,
Love can be nothing and love can be everything...

Ok, enough of ciplak poet and start the real thing..
Today I met a friend who's more like a normal friend to me, come share with me about her personal matters.
Well before that our chats were more towards daily events, we chatted about friends, families, freaks and geeks.
I was feeling surprise when she ice broke with her personal matters, but at the same time,
I felt somehow I was so important at that particular moment where somebody would come and share with me her problem, and yes, it's a she...
I can feel such importance inside me several times back when Michelle and Diane told me bout their stories back then, but it was as strong as today as both of them are close to me.
At first she told me about her falling for a guy who's also fallen for her, but fate really pranked them. Here assumptions and misunderstandings kill both parties.

When she was telling me her story, I could see the tear at the corner of her eye,
waiting to be shed off, but it didn't,
well it prooves that she's for real and she really cares...
She told me that many of her friends gave her advices, but she didn't listen to any except one...
Where all the others discourage her from struggling in such relationship anymore,
A friend of her to give up when she's exhausted,
I did my part, gave her some advices...
which is consider as against all odds...
I asked her not to give up on the relationship,
based on how she acts and reacts while she was telling me her story.
I knew that she wouldn't give up till the last,
because she didn't accept any advice of her friend, nor she wanted to listen to them...
Giving up when exhausted is not the real surrender, more like a recovery moment for her to be hurt once more....

I wonder if I've made the correct decision,
since standing against all odds seems abit too lonely, and you'd be blamed if anything goes wrong,
and I cannot afford any mishaps to happen, not to my friends.
The time for me to decide to back her up was short, and I know too little too much of her situation she's in. Not that I don't want to be in her shoes, but it takes time to understand the whole scenario.
But just now, my feelings overcame my logic,
I supported her to continue what she has started,
because my feelings told me that Love needs a rush of courage, a moment of boldness,
to tell people how you feel about them. Storing deep inside won't get you to what you want.
There's always an option for failure, but losing the one you love is a bigger failure compare to losing  your pride.
Pride is only what you think you worth for, but when confronting the one you love, pride is nothing since he/she is everything to you.
It's acceptable to be foolhardy, but it's just too loser to be timid. Silence is golden does not apply in under this circumstance.

So, if you want to tell somebody that you love him/her, just confront and confess.
SMS or calling just doesn't show your sincerity,
and if you're rejected,
afraid not to lose a friend as the opposite will lose more than you should he/she starts to do some tricks.
You may have lost your pride, but think about it, you've gained courage, peace and an answer for all your sleepless nights.
Pride(-1) + Courage (1) + Peace (1) + Answer (1) = 2 (You've made a positive gain!!!)

It's my own equation I've thought for 1 minnute, it can be more complicated but to me these are the main factors, others are just excuses, not reasons..
